Course Description
We tend to think that it’s enough if we have a good relationship with our closest colleague, and that we don’t have to think about how the entire work community functions. However, the activities of the entire community play a key role in successful work. It’s easy to end up spending too much time with people and dilemmas that are not crucial to succeeding at work. These people and situations might give us energy and strength and are useful in that regard, but it’s a good idea to at least once a year think about whether you’re interacting with the right people. Who should you interact more and less with to succeed at your tasks?
