Course Overview
Gain the skills to make your data protection strategy successful with the Veritas NetBackup 10.0- Advanced Administration course. Professionals will learn advanced NetBackup topics, including NetBackup security, performance, disaster recovery, application & database protection on physical & virtual machines, & protecting data backed up to & from the cloud. This course also includes using NetBackup to handle Oracle, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Cassandra, and Hadoop backups. It repairs, along with other modern workloads like containerized applications & Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor. NetBackup APIs, Parallel Streaming Framework, Bare Metal Restore, Universal Shares, & NetBackup MSDP Cloud are also concerned in this course.
Prerequisites
Scholars should be familiar with general network & storage concepts & the administration & configuration of Windows or Linux operating systems. Scholars must also have one to three years of experience with fundamental NetBackup administration, configuration, & operation. These requirements can be met by obeying any version of the NetBackup Administration class, plus additional on-the-job experience.
