Course Description

Time management is about getting things done. You cannot manage time. You can, however, manage the way you use your time – you can determine what you do with your time, just like you can determine how you use your money. Managing your time refers to planning what you'll do with the time you have available so that you'll have enough invested time and enough time to spend. It also means planning exactly what you are going to do when it's time to invest time: in which activities will I use my time? The goal is always the same: achieving the ability to direct energy into those things that matter so that they would get done.
