Course Description
In a changing and surprising world, we constantly find ourselves in situations where you can never know how even the people you know well react. Work relationships are often short, sometimes extremely short and incidental, and we have to constantly think about how we build connections with new people. There is a limited amount of relationships we can build in different levels, so we need to consider with who we build these closer relationships and who we keep the relationship more distant. Colleagueship invites us to think about interaction and our social networks. How do we interact with people, and how do we maintain a good spirit and solve problems as diversely as possible?
