Course Overview
EC-Council Certified Security Specialist (ECSS) allows learners to increase their skills in three areas: network security, information security, & computer forensics.
Information security plays an important role in most companies. Information security is where information, information processing, & communications are secured against the integrity, confidentiality, & availability of information & information processing. In communications, information security also includes trustworthy authentication of messages that covers identification, verifying, and recording the approval & authorization of information, non-alteration of data, and the non-repudiation of communication or stored data.
Prerequisites
- Attend the official EC-Council CASE training through an accredited EC-Council Partner (Accredited Training Centre/ iWeek/ iLearn)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in information security or software design
- Have any other industry equivalent certifications
