This e-learning course aims to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to understand and use the configurable capabilities of the Coupa platform related to procurement. Participants experience a variety of learning content throughout the course with examples and case studies. To enhance and support learning, participants may request their own Coupa instance to follow the lab exercises offered throughout the course.

This a great introductory class for anyone who works with or wants to learn about procurement management in Coupa's core platform. Roles include, but are not limited to, the procurement team and other project team managers.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Prepare to collaborate with your organization's invoicing and system administration professionals to facilitate decision-making regarding system configuration.
  • Provide data and information needed for the execution of system configuration by the implementation team.
  • Perform day-to-day procurement tasks within the confines of the Buyer role within the Coupa Platform.
  • Create and manage the suppliers within Coupa from which your organization will procure items and services.
  • Create and manage the policies and contracts governing your organization's purchasing.
  • Manage catalogs and create items within Coupa, allowing for their procurement by users within your organization.
  • Take the appropriate actions on Requisitions and POs to ensure accuracy and adherence to business processes.
  • Report on procurement data and gain insight into your organization's overall business spend

A: To attend the training session, you should have operational Desktops or Laptops with the required specification and a good internet connection to access the labs. 

 

A: Technical issues are unpredictable and might occur with you as well. Participants must ensure that they have the system with the required configuration and good internet speed to access online labs.

If the problem persists or you face any challenge during the class, you can report it to us or your trainer. In that case, Radiant would provide you with the recorded session of that particular day. However, those recorded sessions are not meant only for personal consumption and NOT for distribution or any commercial use.
