Microsoft Forms is a simple to use, while at the same time quite powerful tool to create forms, surveys and quizzes. It's clear to understand across desktop and mobile platforms. Forms can be published on Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps – and even on your web site. You can also invite people from outside your organization to participate in a poll, survey, quiz, feedback form or any other kind of form to collect data.
Prerequisites
• A free Microsoft account is all that is needed to access the basic features of the application.
• Alternatively, the application is also included in various Microsoft 365 subscription plans.
