This five-day extended* class will teach you how to improve conversion rates and increase shopper average order size. Our B2C Commerce Cloud experts will show you how to organize an existing site, apply best practices in search and online marketing, improve the shopper experience, and use analytics to determine which products are selling the best and why. NOTE: This course does not cover site development, programming, or design. This class is taught at the SFRA reference architecture site rather than at the client's location. Services use a client-specific site during the Launch Readiness Bootcamp. This class has a flexible format and is ideal for anyone looking to dedicate 4 hours of learning a day over five days.
