Course Description
The Symantec IT Management Diagnostics and Troubleshooting course is developed for professionals tasked with maintaining and utilizing an IT Management Suite (ITMS) implementation in their organizations.
This two-day, instructor-led, hands-on course teaches learners the underlying components & methods used to troubleshoot the Symantec Management Platform along with the site infrastructure & ITMS solutions to keep it driving optimally.
Learners learn how to define, diagnose & solve common platform & solution issues within the ITMS environment. Learners also learn how to use the platform consoles & reports to analyze & monitor the environment to proactively observe the environment.
