Course Overview

In this course, you will develop skills essential to implementing and supporting the Interaction Center Platform. In a combination of instructor-led lectures and hands-on labs, you will learn about the architecture of Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and apply that knowledge to configure, troubleshoot, and support the Genesys CIC platform.
