Course Description
Whoever is interested in learning how to use & configure InfoSphere Master Data Management using the InfoSphere MDM Workbench should take this course. This course guides participants through the InfoSphere MDM Workbench customization process for both the Virtual and Physical MDM. The course focuses on the fundamental capabilities of the Workbench: building a composite service, deploying a virtual MDM configuration, configuring the virtual data model, building a virtual custom composite view, building a virtual callout handler, building an enterprise service interface using the virtual data model, and customising a hybrid implementation. The instructor will go over the high-level concepts for each main area, then have the participants use the feature before demonstrating it and going over its specifics. Exercises and activities that allow students to apply what they learn in the classroom after the course is over are heavily emphasised.
Prerequisites
Attending InfoSphere MDM Physical Domains V11.4 was required of you (ZZ930) you should also be familiar with the basics of Java development and XML because these topics will be used in the exercises.
