Course Description
Application Services should be implemented. Powered by Adobe Experience Platform is a two-day instructor-led (classroom or virtual) course that will teach you about Experience Platform application services. You will also learn how to use a Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to manage customer data, Journey Orchestration (JO) to create customer journeys, and Customer Journey Analytics to analyze customer data.
