There are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to understanding other people. We tend to explain someone’s unwanted or unexplainable behavior with their permanent personality traits, such as level of intelligence or natural inclinations. We form a static picture of the other person and feel like we can’t work with this person or that we don’t get along with them, their thinking or actions are so rigid. However, by understanding personal differences, not forming understanding of others based on shallow conceptions, and not assuming other people's experiences are similar to yours, you can improve your interaction with others.
