Course Description
Developing colleagueship is a challenging process. Our ability to maintain relationships is limited and as colleagueship is in a constant state of change, there are no hard and fast rules for developing it. Inevitably we come across difficult situations in our collegial relationships. How should we react in the different stages and situations of colleagueship? By understanding the different stages and difficult situations of colleagueship we can find the right strategies for developing it. We can also learn to create a complete picture of where our relationships are at and how they are going.
