Course Description

Develop Websites & Components in Adobe Experience Manager is a 4-day, instructor-led course relevant to all deployment methods. This course starts with project creation using a Maven archetype and continues with development using an IDE. The basics of Sling content rendering, the JCR structure, & Adobe's templating language, HTL, will be covered. Professionals will learn best practices for using Experience Manager site components and how to style them with the UI—Frontend module throughout this course. Professionals will also learn how to create editable templates and pages, how to design Core Components, how to use the Style System, and how to create custom components. This course also demonstrates how to use the Adobe Client Data Layer, which enables an Experience Manager site to send data to Adobe Launch or any other third-party service.

Prerequisites

  • Least minimum of two years of experience in web development 
  • Make Web Experiences in an AEM course or equivalent knowledge
