A: There are two types of loading in Informatica &, i.e., normal loading & bulk loading. While loading normally, it loads record by record & writes a log for the same. In normal loading, it takes comparatively a long duration of time to load data to the target & in bulk loading, it loads a number of records at a time to the target database. It takes less duration of time to load data to a target.

A: The Informatica repository is basically at the center of the Informatica suite. The user creates a set of metadata tables within the repository database to access the Informatica application & tools. The Informatica client, as well as the server, accesses the repository to save & retrieve metadata.
