This course will go over how to configure marketing applications to drive business growth. Lead management, marketing forms & pages, segmentation, & email marketing messages will also be covered. All of these elements are linked together by interactive customer journey design, which includes event and survey configuration.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform & an understanding of basic marketing principles. Power Platform experience, especially in model-driven applications, is also recommended.
