Interaction takes place in a certain situation and at a certain moment. Each moment contributes to the atmosphere on which colleagueship is built. This is why you should ask yourself what kind of atmosphere you’re building, and what consequences this atmosphere has. When developing colleagueship, it’s a good idea to pay attention to your micro communication, because it lays the foundation for our connection with others. Think about your starting points and goals. Do you try to solve issues for the common good, or do you judge others from a critical point of view? Your preconceived attitude will determine what you will express.
