For data migration, archiving, or consolidation, use BMC Helix Data Manager. To make data migration quick, simple, and straightforward, BMC Helix Data Manager automatically determines the structure of the applications.
As part of the end-to-end data migration process of ITSM 20.02 to 21.05, this course walks students through the fundamental concepts. Classroom instruction is supplemented by laboratory exercises (OnPremises.) In addition, the course covers an overview of the migration process for BMC Helix ITSM: Smart IT and Smart Reporting. It also covers analyzing and addressing common issues that may occur during migration or post-migration.
