In this course participants will learn how to optimize customer engagement via the design and delivery of ultra-personalized, consistent and compliant communications. For this purpose, professionals will be presented with an encompassing view of the process to design, develop, deploy and execute Communications Server projects to deliver highly personalized customer communications for various formats and distribution channels.
The course also covers how to manage large and complex OpenText Communications focused on Document Automation.
Prerequisites
Familiarity with Windows-based tools. Programming skills are not required but considered an advantage when using Communications Server scripting
