This 5-day instructor-led course delivers a high-level overview of the OpenText Exstream Cloud Edition platform. During the course, one will learn how Exstream delivers an integrated software solution for creating, managing & delivering customer communications of any sort, regardless of complexity, variability, or delivery channel, & enables you to eliminate many systems & point solutions by using the comprehensive omnichannel delivery abilities of the platform.
In a Design & Production installation, Design Manager & Designer form the Window-based desktop design environment that is utilized to design & set up customer communications in the form of Design Manager applications. In this course one will focus mainly on utilizing these Design and Production tools which offer robust capabilities for decreasing complexity, streamlining business processes, & creating higher quality, more effective customer communications for delivery in high-volume, on-demand, & interactive environments utilizing Design Manager & Designer with the Exstream production engine.
In this course one will learn how to streamline business processes with end-to end processing of documents—from content ingestion via composition to output. Sophisticated capabilities such as campaign management, multi-language support, data-driven charting, and more help you acquire, retain, & grow customer relationships. One will learn to use Design Manager to compile applications & to configure test and production engine runs for delivering communications to customers.
