1-1104 Using eDOCS DM

Course Overview

This course presents the importing and profiling of documents into eDOCS DM using the various interfaces: Windows Explorer DM Extension, Microsoft Outlook DM Extension, DM Webtop, and DM InfoCenter. After adding documents into the DM, we will learn to add versions and subversions when editing documents. Then, we will use different search methods, as well as create folders and Workspaces to organize and find our documents. When eDOCS DM is “offline”, we will learn to work with Attaché to be able keep working with our managed documents. Furthermore, we will learn to customize the various DM interfaces and set our profile defaults.
