Course Overview

This two-day course strengthens your ability to handle typical problems in a VMware Horizon® environment. You will participate in a variety of lab activities to resolve current environmental issues. The activities are modelled after actual use cases for troubleshooting. With the help of these activities, students can manage the usual problems that Tier 1 virtual desktop administrators and operators encounter.

This course also provides a challenge lab designed to present participants with virtual desktop issues that may arise in actual Horizon environments. The lab's objective is to practice the contents covered during the training to create a working environment.
