Course Overview
SSPOC™ is an advanced-level certification for professionals working or wishing to work as Chief Scrum Product Owner, Program Product Owner, or Portfolio Product Owner. This certification aims to confirm that the applicants have sufficient expertise to manage multiple product development teams at projects, programs & portfolio levels.
In the case of large projects with multiple Scrum Teams and Product Owners, the Chief Product Owner makes the day-to-day business decisions. The Chief Product Owner creates and maintains the large project's overall Prioritized Product Backlog, which is used to coordinate work through the Scrum Teams' Product Owners.
Prerequisites
Experience in managing Scrum or Agile projects
It is mandatory to complete the (SPOC) Scrum Product Owner Certified certification before applying for the Scaled Scrum Product Owner certification.
Audience Profile
This course is best suited for professionals interested in obtaining a working knowledge of Scrum & planning to become a Chief Product Master, Program Product Master, or Portfolio Product Master.
