Course Overview

PureConnect Custom Reporting gives an insight into the tools used to create custom reports in the PureConnect platform.  This course provides an overview of how interaction Reporting and Interaction Reporter in Customer Interaction Center (CIC) function.  The course enables you to configure and customize reports, including the use of built-in customization feature, making cosmetic changes and adding your own custom data to the built-in reports.

  • IC System Configuration and Support OR Interaction Center Certified Engineer

Required Prior Knowledge-

  • An understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and basic SQL Queries
  • The use of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Crystal Reports
