Deploy and Manage Citrix ADC 13. x with Citrix Gateway

Course Overview

It focuses on Citrix Gateway and covers the fundamentals of Citrix ADC, such as secure load balancing, high availability, and operations management. Prerequisites

This course needs almost none previous experience with Citrix ADC; however, Citrix recommends a basic knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, the OSI model, network devices, and networking protocols.

FAQs

A: division of Citrix Application Delivery Controller is Citrix Gateway (ADC). Customers can therefore add features that are built-into other editions, including Web App Firewall. The cloud-based version of Citrix Gateway Service requires a Citrix Cloud subscription.

A: Select Manage secure client access > Edit specific client access settings in the XenApp Services site. Change the Access Method to Gateway Direct. Enter the FQDN of the NetScaler Gateway appliance. Enter the Secure Ticket Authority (STA) information.

A: To access Citrix gateway, user have to follow the following steps:-

  • In a web browser, type the web address of Citrix Gateway.
  • Type the user name and password and then click Logon.
  • Select Network Access and then click Download.
  • Follow the instructions to install the plug-in.

A: Citrix Gateway Service provides secure, remote access to all your apps, whether SaaS or on-premises web apps. This enables users to log in to Citrix Workspace to get access to all of their applications.
