Course Description

In this course, you'll learn who vulnerable customers are and why acknowledging vulnerability matters.

You will then learn what the regulator's guidance says about the treatment of vulnerable customers and what the consequences may be if vulnerable customers are not treated fairly.

The course includes a quiz at the end where you need to get 80% to pass.
