Red Hat System Administration III: The Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA®) certification holder or someone with equal knowledge and expertise should take the Data Centre Services for RH254 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 course if they want to expand their knowledge of managing Linux systems at the enterprise level.

Red Hat® Enterprise Linux 7 is the foundation for this course.

The course emphasises setting up and maintaining network servers with caching MariaDB, DNS, Postfix SMTP null clients, Network file sharing by network file system (NFS), Apache HTTPD, and server message block (SMB), advanced networking and firewalled configurations, iSCSI initiators and targets, and bash shell scripting to help automate, configure, and troubleshoot the system. Participants who already hold the RHCSA credential will be introduced to all of the competencies required by the Red Hat Certified Engineer exam through lectures and practical laboratories (EX300).

Note: Not all RHCSA tasks are covered in this training. Attending the RHCSA Rapid Track course is advised for participants who need to review their RHCSA abilities (RH199).
