Course Overview

In this course, students will learn to implement, administer & support a standard IdentityIQ implementation. Using Rapid Setup, students will use best practices to complete application onboarding & configuration, user interactions, & access requests. Upon completing this course, students will be able to explain, configure, & perform ongoing IdentityIQ tasks & processes, & use tools for monitoring & troubleshooting the system.

  •  IdentityIQ Implementation team: technical staff, business administrators, project controls, & other staff involved with design decisions & implementation oversight
  •  IdentityIQ System Administration team: staff involved with supporting & monitoring test & production instances of IdentityIQ
