A: You can also get Field Service from this Dynamics 365 purchasing page. User have to add a Field Service trial to an existing Dynamics 365 organization by selecting the option of Settings > Microsoft AppSource. After that user have to search for Field Service trial and then select Dynamics 365 Field Service trial, and at last select Free Trial.

A: Go to Admin. Then go to the Dynamics 365 Admin Center. After that select and highlight the atmosphere which has the Field Service app user want to upgrade. In the list of solutions user can easily find and select the Field Service app.
