Q: How useful is Microsoft Access?


A: In general, Microsoft Access is an information management tool which mainly helps users to store information for reference, reporting, and analysis. Microsoft Access basically helps user to analyze big amounts of information, and manage related data more efficiently as compared to Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.


Q: How is Microsoft Access used in real life?


A: Database is needed in your daily life such as in workplace, business, etc. With database, there will not be errors again so that you can control the database well. Anyway, it is considered as one of the uses of Microsoft Access in real life that you have to know and need to practice.


Q: What can access do that excel Cannot?


A: Access can store X number of records, Excel can only store up to 65536 records on the same sheet without having to use a different set of columns or continue on with other worksheet(s).

A: Databases in Access are composed of four objects: tables, queries, forms, and reports. Together, these objects mainly allow user to enter, store, analyze, as well as compile their  data however they want.
